The first season of THE Jazz Club ended on a high note with local jazz vocalist, Jennifer Satio accompanied by Phillip Van Gelger, guitar, Don Watanabe, stand-up bass and on drums Karl Forsythe.
Other Jazz musicians entertaining Club audiences during the first season were:
Oat Valley Jazz Quartet
- Jim DeMartini's Oat Valley Jazz Quartet, comprised of Ed Foster on alto sax, Phil VanGelder on guitar, Lee Charlton on drums and DeMartini playing stand-up bass.
- Gary Johnson’ jazz trio with Johnson on sax, Christian Folely-Berning, guitar and Gary Bignman on stand-up bass.
- Greg Hester on piano and Vernelle Anders vocalist, kicked off the first jazz season.
