A special exhibit “Pipe Dreams” will be on display at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Rental Car Center through December 11, 2010. Six artists, an industrial ceramic pipe company and ceramic glaze supply company came together in artistic exploration to create large-scale sculptural artwork out of clay sewer pipe. One of the six artists is our Joe Hawley.

Now available at the Cloverdale Center for the Arts is the Bohemian, a weekly publication. It covers news, music, restaurant and wine culture in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties. Stop by the Center to pick up a copy.

The band on August 6 is the world's premier Post-Latin band. The high energy of this band leaves no butt un-shaken.

Taking the stage on July 30 is a guff, twangy baritone performer who is also a skilled guitarist. This performer distilled his own hybrid of blues, folk and melodic African music for a unique sound. Mark your calendar.

Taking the stage on July 23 is the queen of classic jazz and blues in the 1940s and 1950s style.

The lead singer for the final Friday Night Live has a very unique sound which is a combination of musical styles melded together; Blues, Rock, Soul & Funk.

On August 27 the first band devoted to ska playing on the West Coast will perform. While the band is tearing up the stage, the audience will be tearing up the dance floor skanking.

Booked for August 13 is a band that will provide the audience with traditional Zydeco and Cajun hits that will leave the audience, at the end of the evening, screaming "Gimme Some Mo".
